Shipping Policy

As a solo-run brand, I personally handle every order with care from Sydney, Australia. My goal is to get your Superrcloth gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Location: All products are shipped directly from Sydney, Australia.
Australia-Wide Delivery: We deliver to any address across Australia.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Local Pickup (Sydney): If you are based in Sydney and would like to arrange for local pickup, please contact me at paudelsunil16@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss availability.

Refund & Return Policy

I stand by the quality of every piece. If something isn't right, here’s how we can resolve it.

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of your order's delivery date.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges: I am happy to offer an exchange for a different size or item, depending on stock availability. Please mention this when you initiate the return process.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item. In such cases, I will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact me directly by emailing Sunil Paudel at paudelsunil16@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
